Parc3 has been designed around three parks – Central Park, Sky Park and Moonlight Deck.

The design aimed to connect residents with these three green precincts that intertwined across the building. Nature has been carefully incorporated into the concept and flows through every corner and space to blend with everyday lifestyles living.

Directly across the road from Parc 3 is Taman Pudu Ulu Recreation Park – 33 acres of green areas that extend the green for residents’ weekend and after-hours playground.

Parc 3 also incorporates ‘Buildings that Breathe’ design where natural air is harvested into the building, cooled then distributed throughout all floors and units through true cross-ventilation. This achieves healthy air and a healthier, natural lifestyle.
